Smart Care EMS has provided contract ambulance services for us for the past 6 months. During this time, Smart Care has gone above and provided excellent services to meet the needs of our patients during routine ambulance transports, wheelchair, and emergency transports between facilities.

"My experience was good.The regular people that come and get him are upbeat and are great. EMT's are very nice and made me feel like I am someone special. Because I live on the 2nd floor the EMT's make their best efforts to make me feel protected. I sometimes get disappointed when someone else comes to pick him up because I like my regular EMT's."
